I installed FF 3.5.2, and could not get flash to work. For me, I ended up removing the libflashplayer.so in the firefox 3.5.2 file location (/opt/firefox/plugins/libflashplayer.so), and then using your link above to this file. I restarted FF 3.5.2, and now everything works. THANKS AGAIN! THANK YOU! I installed FF 3.5.2, and could not get flash to work. After somehow borking my install and re-installing fresh, I downloaded the rpm package and had no issues. Go figure.
