Finally, someone has made an RPM. I've just tried it on Fedora 11 x86_64 and it won't install, though. It requires gtk-32bit, but Fedora doesn't use the "-32bit" convention.

Oh well, at least it sounds like I should be able to try it out on my openSuse box at home :)

Ben, maybe you should add that the 64 bit Chromium still uses 32 bit libs (and it was said on google chrome blog that they won't be porting it soon to 64 bit). If you get a dependency error then you either need the 32 bit library and if it says that it needs something.so.0d/1d then you need to create a symlink.

hi,

i just installed the 64 bit rpm ,it didn't work
installed fine
but at first run it complains some libs not present, that are present in /lib64
so i add the path to LD_LIBRARY_PATH
but now i get
/opt/google/chrome/chrome: error while loading shared libraries: libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64

so it seems that it needs i686 gtk, which doesn't make any sense to me, so maybe you can shed some light on this
