The Amarok team proudly announced yesterday that Amarok 2.2.2 has been released. Only 2 months after the release of 2.2.1 and a few weeks after a beta release that was seen in December.

Amarok 2.2.1.90 KDE 4.4 – Track Progressions
Recently I upgraded to Amarok 2.2.1.90 from 2.2.0 while testing out some KDE 4.4.
However, when I first started listening to the music I realized that my tracks were playing continuously and not randomly. So I went to the menu’s to change this setting (this is where I had previously changed it). But to my surprise there was nothing in any of the menu’s.

Amarok 2.0.2 Release – One step closer to perfection
Since the code shift from KDE 3 to KDE 4, many KDE and KDE Application Developers endured lots of hate, unjust bias and down right mean reviews.

Amarok 2.0 Final Released – Shipping with openSUSE 11.1
As you may have heard today was a milestone day for the Amarok team, as their major port of Amarok for KDE3 to KDE4 has released it’s FINAL stage.
That’s right it’s been released.
